Comparison of Three Primer Sets for Eukaryotic Diversity Study

摘要

For anaerobic samples, primer set EukA/Euk299r (for VI-V2 region) and primer set Eukl380f/EukB (for V9 region) had similar result. For aerobic samples, the difference mainly focus of the relative proportion of Ciliophore and Metazoa. Primer set Euk526f /Euk897r (for V4 region) can't effectively identify the eukaryotes in wastewater sludge.
