This paper will present the interplay relationships of technology change management, technology assessment, and organizational behavior within firms (users, engineering firms, OEMs). Based on Harvard Business School (HBS) case analyses and their techniques, this paper will address: OEM's return on investment (ROI) timing; states professional engineers' legal practice; OEMs' innovation speed vs. market need; sustaining vs. disruptive technology; EPC design techniques vs. IEEE color book series. 40% of this paper will be technical based on real cases related to power distribution; 60% of this paper will have a business approach.
