Pulp dirt count measurement using on-line automated inspection technology

1. Manual dirt inspection analyzes only a small fraction of the total pulp production: 2. One 1m~2 sample every 30 minutes represents less than 0.001% of production 3. Automated off-line analyzers give more consistent results and increase analysis frequency but only to 0.01% of production. They are complex, expensive to maintain and take up a lot of room.
