Recently, China's population aging is deepening, aging has become a hot issue of society, pension industry has been a major industry developers competing to chase. The aging situation has become a huge development prospect, but its higher investment funds demanding, slowly recovery and complex service system, and other issues to the development of pension industry has brought great investment risk. Basing on the background of population aging, this paper analyzes the special risk factors faced by China's old-age real estate, and uses the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to judge investment risks of the old-age real estate project, and use actual case to demonstrate. Through the analysis of the investment risk of the old-age real estate can control the various risk factors better, reduce unnecessary losses.
