Analysis of the Effect of Benefit and Trust to the Intention Using Mobile Payment and Its Impact on Positive WOM

摘要

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of benefits and trust on the intention to use mobile payment and its impact on positive WOM in the DKI Jakarta area. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires that 400 respondents answered in the Jakarta area. Data analysis techniques using Structure Equation Modeling with software LISREL 8.7. This study indicates the benefit of using mobile payments, continuance intention, intention to recommend, and trust in using mobile payments.
