This paper contemporaneous the comparative modulation of Sinusoidal PWM and Third Harmonic Injected PWM reference signal with level shifted carrier signal named as Phase Disposition, Phase Opposition Disposition, and Alternate Phase Opposition Disposition on eleven level of Three Phase Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter fed on an R-L load with the Amplitude Modulation Indices is varied from 0.8 to 1. All of process are simulate with computer program MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation result has shown value of %THDv, per phase of line to neutral RMS output voltage, Crest Factor and Form Factor on both SPWM and Third Harmonic Injection modulation inverter with PD carrier signal is far improved at 100% modulation depth compare to POD and APOD.
