The article is based on the Erasmus+ We Welcome Work (WWW) project (No.2016-l-RO01-KA202-02471). The article gives insights into the WWW project's online apprenticeship simulator, which offers young people opportunities to cope with changes, link theory to practice and get the employability, entrepreneurship and digital skills necessary to get a job. The simulator involves students in interactive training sessions of apprenticeship, proposing virtual work situations related to several jobs identified by research as most wanted (mechanic, electrician, nurse etc.).
