Broadband reflection suppression in solar cells from the point of view of duality

摘要

We tackle the challenge of designing front-side electrically decoupled dielectric nanostructures in solar cells that suppress reflection. Guided by the principle of duality, combined with symmetry consideration, we perceive dielectric-only structures that serve excellently the anticipated purpose.
