Analysis of Material Balance Based on the Calcination Performance of a Chamber Calciner

The chamber calciners have been dominant in the calcination of green cokes in recent years in China. The accuracy of the material balance of a chamber calciner is very important for analysis of the thermal balance, selection of the waste heat boiler and selection of the flue gas desulfurization equipment. The material balance of a chamber calciner based on the combustion characteristics is discussed and studied, and a more accurate calculation method of the material balance has been obtained.
