Usually a methodical microwave device is used to heat a fluid in a turbulent flow to suppress the vital activity of organisms. The working chamber of such an installation operates in the traveling wave mode and is a circular inhomogeneous waveguide. The uniform length of the heat release of the tube and the coordination of the working chamber with the microwave generator are achieved by means of the profile of the inhomogeneous waveguide. Such a working chamber can not be used to heat a viscous liquid. This makes the unequal profile non-optimal. To heat a viscous liquid, it is proposed to use installations with a beam chamber.
