For the cement grinding process, the circulating fan is the link between pre-grinding and final grinding. Under the condition of constant feed rate and stable granularity and quality, the circulating fan and the two links are regarded as a coordinated system. The control variable of the system is a recirculating fan, and the state variables are steady flow position and return volume. firstly, the neural network was used to establish the model of the system. Then the controller of the model was designed using the sliding mode control system, the stability of the sliding surface is proved by the Lyapunov. Finally, the simulation is carried out using Matlab, and the feasibility, effectiveness of the design method are verified.
