摘要

To meet the real-time requirements for the health status assessment of integrated transmission device, a real-time status assessment method based on dynamic inferior degree is proposed. First, a dynamic degradation method is designed, and the AHP-Entropy weight method is used to assign weights to each subsystem and index of the equipment to form a real-time assessment method of the health status of the integrated transmission device. Finally, based on the relevant index data of the equipment, the method is used to perform the status thereof Evaluation. The experimental results show that the method can better reflect the current value of the indicator and its changing trend, realize early warning of abnormalities, prevent the occurrence of serious equipment failure, facilitate maintenance staff to make accurate judgments on the equipment status, and improve maintenance efficiency.
