摘要

A 320GHz dual-polarized micro-lens antenna based on orthomode transducer(OMT) is proposed for focal plane array. The designed micro-lens antenna features two polarization ports, the leaky wave structure and the OMT. The return loss of both ports is better than −15dB from 305 to 326GHz. The isolation between the two ports is greater than 80 dB. The gain of this antenna is 20.3dBi and 20.2dBi for vertical polarization and horizontal polarization, respectively. The half-power beam width (HPBW) is 18.05°, and the sidelobe level is lower than −20dB.
