With the large-scale access of micro-turbines (MT) in the power system, the impact of electricity and natural gas system are pronounced. Therefore, the joint optimization of integrated electricity and natural gas (IENG) system is paid more attention. In this paper, the detail model of IENG is established, and the dynamic characteristics of natural gas flow is analyzed in hour-scale and minute-scale. A multi-time scale scheduling framework is proposed for IENG at a distribution level. In the day-ahead layer, the costs of system are minimized to ensure the economy of scheme. In the real-time layer, the fluctuation of power in point of common coupling (PCC) is minimized to alleviate the impact on main grid which caused by uncertainty of distributed generation (DG) and load. Finally, the case study verifies the validity of the proposed model.
