摘要

In order to ensure the safe construction of SJ350 jack-up rig at ZK2location in the waters of Shanghai Lingang survey area, the penetrationand extraction of pile leg of the rig in this area is studied and analyzed.First of all, the bearing capacity of foundation of pile penetrationoperation and the anti-pulling force of pile extraction operation for theSJ350 jack-up rig at ZK2 location are theoretically calculated.Secondly, the risk of punch-through is estimated by the results of thecalculation. Then, the finite element software ABAQUS is used tosimulate the penetration and extraction of“diamond type”spud-can ofthe rig. The three-dimensional axisymmetric model is applied andcombined with the Euler-Lagrangian method (CEL) to simulate thesingle pile leg penetration. For CEL, the model type of spud-can issimulated by discrete rigid, the model type of soil is simulated by Eulerbody, 8 layers of soil are simulated in this paper, the interaction typebetween soil and spud-can is general contact.
