Fire disasters are the most accidents that ordinary people meets. It always creates big losses. The research attempts to propose an interface planning that will make the users to react and judge more efficiently and correctly. By the warning systems implemented, according to the interior fire types it passes the messenger to owner and neighbors. It links with the geography information system and creates the records of the process to improve and update just in time. By implementing this new interface design to the disaster situation, the fire departments may judge disaster situation, make the correct dispatch, and decrease the casualties.
