摘要

The characteristics of evaporator are a combination of great inertia, pure time-delay, nonlinear. Smith predictive algorithm can overcome effectively the pure time-delay, and the PID control is equipped with the characteristic of high steady-state precise. In the paper, aiming at the characteristic of controlled object to propose a Smith- PID controller method , which is composed with Smith predictor and PID controller, and applied to the vapor temperature of evaporator. Simulation results showed that this controlled algorithm not only has satisfactory control performance, but also can guarantee a quick response speed and a little overshoot.
