Dept. of Construction and Real Estate, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China. ~ Compared with foreign developed regions, the level of disaster prevention infrastructure and emergency response capacity of rural area in our country is still very weak. Combined with the advantages of analytical hierarchy process and vague recognition pattern, it puts forward comprehensive evaluative method which is based on analytical hierarchy process and vague recognition pattern. Through the analysis and calculation of the model, this paper points out the shortcomings of the relevant emergency mechanism and emergency facilities in the present situation. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward some suggestions and supplement to the fire emergency measures, to respond more effectively to the prevention, mitigation, and rescue of rural fire. Finally, this paper explores a case study of Tuyang village in Shenzhen for illustration.
