Keeping track of body's vital signals is essential for a healthy life. Even if you are young and healthy it is crucial to monitor your vital parameters. A real time portable wearable device is proposed to increase the accuracy and minimize the power consumption that measures up to 5 signals during activity or rest times, with a mobile application to display and save the data. Moreover, the data is uploaded to a server and can be sent to the patient supervisor if needed. The design and implementation of a new dehydration and oxygen saturation sensors are also provided. The system achieved an accuracy of 95% and sensitivity of 98%. The accuracy of the proposed system is 1% higher than conventional methods and the sensitivity is increased by 2%. Moreover, the system has ultra-low power (30mA max) than any other system with battery life up to 5 days. The proposed monitoring system has unique extra sensors and still wearable and portable.
