Axial superposition of Bessel beams with discretized axicons

摘要

Discretization of the spiral axicon in radial and azimuthal direction leads to the occurence of additional off-axis phase singularities (PS) with associated opitcal orbital angular momentum (OAM). Here, we discuss those effects, especially regarding the side lobes with associated optical vortex (OV) and resulting (an)isotropy of the phase distribution.
