Research on the principles and strategies of power grid investment under the new situation of power industry reform

The introduction of the new situation of power industry reform program marks the formal launch of China's new round of power system reform. This paper focuses on the new electricity reform program, studies the impact of the new electricity reform on the grid investment, and discusses the investment principle and investment strategy of the new power reform. It is considered that the introduction of the new electricity reform plan has an important impact on the development of grid enterprises, and the power grid enterprises need to re sort and locate on the development path. Through the analysis, a clear investment strategy to make the project investment to bring a higher rate of return. In addition to increasing the amount of power supply and reducing the line loss, the investment income of the power grid enterprises is also reflected in the recovery of equipment capacity, enhance the reliability of the grid and other hidden benefits. Constructs the input-output system based on the system function localization, constructs the minimum backbone grid of the power grid against the security risk, realizes the investment benefit and the optimal transmission and distribution cost. In this situation, how to deal with this wave of reform, recognize the power grid companies in the reform of the challenges and opportunities encountered, and targeted to develop countermeasures to improve the power grid market competitiveness, is of great significance.
