摘要

This paper presents dc-dc converter based on voltage dividing class E amplifier. Class E2 dc-dc converter, which is one of the converter suitable for high operating frequency is studied. Class E2 dc-dc converter composed of a Class E amplifier and Class E rectifier. the amplifier side and rectifier side of class E2 dc-dc converter can achieve ZVS and ZDS. However, it is indicated that peak switch voltage reaches approximately 3.5 times of the dc supply voltage in the amplifier side of this converter. For that reason, it leads to the increase of cost and loss because a high-voltage switching device is necessary. This paper presents a circuit dividing the switch voltage by connecting transistors of the amplifier side of class E2 dc-dc converter. Therefore, the proposed circuit can divide peak switch depending on the connected number of transistors voltage by connecting transistors in series.
