摘要

The stability and reliability of the polymer dielectric is a very important factor in the development of HVDC model cable. When a high DC voltage is applied to a polymer dielectric for a long time, the electric charge is significantly affected by the accumulated space charge inside the dielectric. This could distort the interface electric field and the internal electric field of the HVDC model cable, resulting in dielectric break down. Therefore, it is very important to study the effect of space charge on the electrical conduction and electrical insulation characteristics of insulating materials. In this paper, the space charge distribution characteristics of the 6.8 mm model cable and the deconvolution process is studied, in order to improve the reliability of the measured data.
