摘要

We designed two-dimensional electronic scanning antenna based on substrate integrated waveguide and composite right/left-handed transmission line. Leaky-wave antenna with frequency scanning is used to be path antenna in antenna array. Digital phase shifter is installed in path antenna to control phase differences. Simulation results show that two-dimensional electronic scanning antenna has frequency response characteristic within 9GHz-IIGHz frequency range. It has frequency scanning in E plane with - 26°-30 ° scanning angle range. It has phase scanning in H plane and the scanning angle is controlled by digital phase shifter.
