摘要

A low profile, high bandwidth and closely spaced multi band FSS antenna is proposed. The substrate used is FR4 epoxy with height 0.8 mm and relative permittivity 4.4. The design has an elliptical patch mounted on a dielectric substrate. The feeding used is micro strip line feeding. The resonating frequencies in c band are 5.20GHz, 5.81GHz, 6.52 GHz and 7.45GHz. The resonating frequencies in Ku band are 12.61GHz, 13.28GHz and 15.09 GHz. The proposed design has its application in c band and Ku band. HFSS software is used to simulate the design.
