摘要

Microwave assisted magnetization switching behaviors of ferrimagnetic Gd-Fe-Co amorphous single dots with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy was experimentally demonstrated. By using anomalous Hall effect as a high sensitive magnetometory method, the static and dynamic magnetic properties of the Gd-Fe-Co single dot are examined. The switching field of the ferrimagnetic Gd-Fe-Co dot significantly reduces up to 60% by applying a microwave field.
