Uncertainty determination is very important in the criticality analysis and hard to quantify exact uncertainty because uncertainty source in criticality calculation is uncertain. If uncertainty source has probabilistic distribution, statistical approach to quantify uncertainty could be possible. In this paper, uncertainty calculations using statistical methods were performed for the benchmark problem which provides probabilistic distributions of manufacturing random parameters. The results were compared with the approximated uncertainty results obtained by using sensitivity. The uncertainty behaviors for benchmark problems are well-agreed.
