摘要

A new method of integrated reliability evaluation with consideration of generation systems, transmission systems, sub-transmission systems and distribution systems is presented in this paper. The integrated reliability evaluation includes three aspects: reliability evaluation of generation and transmission (G&T) network, reliability assessment of sub-transmission network and reliability evaluation of distribution network. An equivalent model of sub-transmission network with consideration of load transferring capabilities is proposed. The series and parallel networks method is applied to perform reliability assessment on sub-transmission network. The proposed method is validated by a practical system. Case study on a practical power system shows that G&T network and the transfer capabilities of sub-transmission network have significant impact on power supply reliability indices and the proposed method can be easily applied to actual system planning.
