This paper mainly studies the principle and key technology of acoustic emission signal wavelet denoising method, and conducted a comparative analysis on three kinds of wavelet denoising algorithm, while the wavelet function, threshold method in the three types of denoising comparison experiment, make analysis and reconstruction of lifting small wave denoising algorithm, using least square method, wavelet denoising combining lifting wavelet transform of acoustic emission signal denoising algorithm, extract the correct acoustic emission signal, determine the leakage frequency and signal characteristics of the signal, and the application in the heater leakage fault detection.
