摘要

In modern mobile world interoperability between different wireless networks is most essential one, which enables the mobile node to move across the different heterogeneous wireless system. For seamless connectivity of mobile node mobility management and location management is essential one. In mobility management handoff estimation plays a vital role. To make the handoff estimation, attributes such as bandwidth, delay, signal quality, and energy etc., are required. This paper introduces EMDAM approach to choose optimized attribute values based on Artificial Immune System. The result obtained through this approach is compared with the existing approaches like SAW, MEW, TOPSIS and GRA for analysis and evaluation of performance.
