摘要

This paper presents a new scheme of the very high voltage gain quadratic boost converter. The additional advantage of the proposed topology is the continuous input current. The scheme is based on a combination of the quadratic boost converter and switched-coupled-inductor. The study analyses the operation in continuous and discontinuous modes and obtains the basic fundamental relations in steady state including the formulas for the voltage stresses across the switch and the diodes. A 100 W laboratory prototype was built and verified. The experimental results confirmed the theoretical expectations.
