Research and development of the 4X-variable reluctance resolver

摘要

The paper presents the results of the development of the variable reluctance resolver with the multiplication factor of 4X. Some common design characteristics of the resolver are disclosed in the paper as well as the review of the resolver's signal processing methodic. Attention is paid to the research of the sources of the resolver's angular position errors. In the study, the simulation based results and the real 4X-variable reluctance resolver prototype parameters are presented and compared.
