By taking Guangdong Province for example, this paper analyzes the development environment of private construction enterprises and also puts forward the suggestion for expediting corporate system reform, improving modern corporate system, positively pushing forward enterprise technical and management innovations, building platform of "Internet + construction" industrial chain, creating construction ecological circle and ultimately forming construction industrial cluster. Finally, the private construction enterprises are advised to enhance corporate competitiveness, seize strategic opportunity of "one-belt and one-road," positively expand overseas businesses and encourage private construction enterprises to "Go out to the world." The research conclusion provides valuable references for the private construction enterprises to achieve development at accelerated speed.
