Research on the Site Selection of a Pivotal Logistics Center Based on Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making

摘要

Whether the site selection blue print of pivotal logistics center is reasonable or not, it will directly influences the cost, working efficiency, and the control level of logistics center after its establishment. Therefore, it has important realistic meaning to research on site selection of this kind of logistics center. This paper has introduced the basic principle of determining standby the pivotal logistics center and has analyzed influential factors of decision, and it has researched on site selection using the method of fuzzy multiple criteria decision making; finally, through example analysis, it has found out which one is good to choose.
