Study of Carbonaceous Fractions associated with Indoor PM_(2.5)/PM_(10) during Asian Cultural and Ritual Burning Practices

1. The average concentrations of PM_(10) and PM_(2.5), on comparing with WHO standards, were found to be many folds higher in ritual/cultural indoors. 2. Concentration of PM and associated carbonaceous fractions have found up to eight-fold higher in all cultural/ritual indoors than residential-indoors and outdoors.
