The industrial cloud has opened up the industry supply chain, improved the industry's regulatory capabilities, and became an important foundation for the industry's information construction. Features such as resources sharing and regulation of industrial clouds present new challenges to their design. The railway engineering management platform is a typical industrial cloud. Under the supervision of the industry, there are multiple application system developer and unified platform technical support to provide technical services, which solves the problem of wide geographical distribution of railway projects, multiple participants, and construction periodicity. Based on the railway engineering management platform, this paper proposes a new industrial cloud platform architectural design scheme to address the two key issues of data and security management. Data quality management method is designed based on metadata, industrial cloud network isolation, and user authorization method are designed based on ABAC + RBAC, which realizes centralized management of equipment and unified access of data. Railway engineering management platform has been applied in Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway project. The actual operation results show that the architecture improves the industrial cloud's sharing services, security assurance and industry supervision capabilities, and can provide reference for cloud architecture design in other industries.
