Dielectric dispersion analysis (DDA) of interaction between target protein and plural phospholipid species of liposome was carried out by our newly developed biosensing system composed of arrayed cell structure. It is observed that Δε at around 4 GHz decreases monotonously with increasing CAB (Carbonic Anhydrase from Bovine) protein concentration for both DSPC (1, 2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) and POPC (l-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) liposomes, suggesting that the dielectric relaxation origins from the interaction with the same hydrophilic group of PC. It is also found from a correlation plot that target CAB concentrations tend to be discriminated between each other.
