Because of the multiple gigahertz bandwidths, terahertz communication with the high data rate in application of indoors wireless communication has great potential in wireless network of smart home. Considering the limited space and beauty in home, compact and integrated terahertz modules play an important role in terahertz communication application. This paper narrated the methods of output power improvement of oscillator with resonant tunneling diode used in terahertz communication and finally proposed one type of antenna used in resonant tunneling oscillator which could be working at 500GHz.
