摘要

Intracranial hemorrhages are the bane of modern civilization, as are still blind spots in diagnostic and treatment of this disease. In our research we analyzed changes in cerebral blood flow, oxygen saturation of the brain tissue and deformation of red blood cells in order to identify the critical moments in pre- and post-hemorrhage periods. We found time-dependent changes in sagittal sinus diameter and blood flow velocity in it, leading to venous congestion. The decrease in oxygen saturation is accompanied by increase in red blood cell flexibility and deoxyhemoglobin accumulation in the brain. These changes characterized by progression as incidence of brain hemorrhages.
