ISO 2631 includes parts, under the general title Mechanical vibration and shock - Evaluation of human exposure to whole-body. The underlying pneumatic seat bladder, designed for military air and ground vehicles is experimentally evaluated and proven to be highly effective in reducing human espouser to harmful shock and vibration according to those ISO metrics. Our objective here is to derive physical dynamic equations representation modeling the bladder response, in order to predict the bladder behavior. A system of state variable equations are derived and validated by extensive actual experimental field tests. Measured acceleration responses are collected in the field by data acquisition analyzer. Validation included time and frequency domains responses and standard metrics. Test experiments are performed and collected accurately and randomly to comply of the design of experiment test procedure standards.
