ADD-ON PERFORMANCE TESTS BASED UPON PTC 46

摘要

In the area of Combined Cycle Power Plant ASME PTC 46 Committee so far focussed on the performance tests of overall Plant and by doing so closed a gap since before 1996 no other test code delivered such guidelines. In present paper author addresses a smaller field, ie the Add-On Plant topic ( ie Combined Cycle Plants where gas turbine(s) are not part of the scope ) and suggests a methodology derived from ASME PTC 46 key principles, with the support of gas turbine and HRSG respective Codes too.
