Reinventing Space - High Capacity Satellite Communications - Dramatic, Cost-Effective Improvements in Broadband Delivery to Warfighters, Civilians, and Emergency Responders

This paper presents the technical foundation required to use reinvented space systems to serve the continuously growing broadband (two-way) communications demand of warfighters, civilians, and emergency response providers. It describes the superior economics, broadband speeds, data volumes, and resilience/availability already achieved by these reinvented space systems, fulfilling the increasing demand and achieving long-term business success constraints.
