摘要

Based on Hertzian theory and a theoretical model considering the flexibility of the carriage, this article established a model to describe how the vertical stiffness of preloaded linear rolling guides with cylinders changes. A method of iterative calculation is adopted to solve the problem. According to the results of finite element analysis, the deformation range of a double guide platform is predicted.
