In todays era, remote and centralized control is the immense need of control system, in which a computer gathers, checks and controls the process at a remote unit. A host computer let the operator to supervise all the remote stations by showing the collected data from remote terminals. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system provide monitoring and control system for several process inputs and outputs. We have introduced a prototype of SCADA system that uses GSM communication between several remote stations and a single host station in the form of GUI. Industrial automation involves measurement of different parameters which are measured here through microcontroller for supervision on a computer display. The communication between these two is performed by GSM which is a real-time transfer of process data and control. Simulation of this system is created using Proteus and response was accurate and timely that approved the system for implementation.
