What kinds of 'Things' Should be Considered in Designing Trust for IoTs Applications?: a Multi-disciplinary Review

摘要

IoTs (Internet of Things) aims at connecting everything around consumers. However, inevitable concerns about privacy, risk and uncertainty arise over IoTs applications. Thus, how to make consumers trust in IoTs applications is a big challenge. Current study argues how to build and design trust for IoTs applications by reviewing previous literatures in various academic fields. Based on a multi-disciplinary review, we discuss what should be considered in designing trust for IoTs applications.
