The frequency of air pollution is increasing rapidly due to various reasons, such as global warming, industrial automation and increased automobile traffic. However, the provided fine dust information is a fine dust concentration value observed with a fixed observation equipment, and uniformly provides the value observed at the closest observation point from the location of the user of the providing service. it is necessary to provide more accurate atmospheric environment information to the people. Therefore, in this study, we proposed to develop a local 3D fine dust observation system that artificial intelligent analyzes the CCTV image data and measured data using multiple types of sensors such as drones, mobile/fixed fine dust observation equipment, and weather observation equipment. It is expected that it will be possible to secure core technologies for fine dust observation to provide accurate local fine dust information through development technologies.
