This paper presents a new ventilation wall system (i.e., dynamic storage system) that can be installed in new and refurbished buildings, which is based on the dynamic insulation system using ineluctable ventilation amount and stabilization of the local surface temperature by phase change material. Thermal insulation performance (U_(dyn) value) depending on airflow was measured by a chamber test. In this study, index U_(dyn) is defined by the mean heat flux from the wall to outdoors divided by the environment temperature difference between the indoors and outdoors. The measurement results show that U_(dyn) is 0.1-0.2 W/m~2K (ventilation amount: 0.4 m~3/h).
