The study of railway freight system and total logistics is important to the reform and development of railway. By SWOT enterprise strategic analysis method, the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of railway door-door total logistics service are analyzed. In addition, with system engineering theory introducing, this paper uses Business Process Reengineering method and pertinently brings forward suggestions of the door-to-door total logistics service of railway freight transport.
