A new kind of secrecy optical communication system solution based on dynamic strong dispersion control is presented in this chapter, and its feasibility is verified by simulation. This secrecy optical communication solution can either be employed independently or be used by combining with other secure techniques, such as encoding/decoding solutions, and the transmission channel of this system can be either optical fiber or free space. We are now working on the specific implementation solution of encryption part and decryption part because we believe this secrecy optical communication system has huge applicative potentials in military, commerce, finance, and many other fields.
