摘要

Conventional dynamic stability criterion for power system is limited because it neglects time-delay influence. A new dynamic stability model for time-delay power system is constructed, and a new delay-dependent stability criterion with less conservativeness is derived by using the proposed improved Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. The proposed criterion can be used to evaluate delay margin for power system and analyze its dynamic stability performance.
